    • Functions of one variable, limits, derivatives, derivative study, derivation techniques, applications.
  • Integral Calculus

    • Definite and Indefinite integrals, integration methods and applications.
  • Series

    • Convergence Criteria, Power, Taylor and Mac Laurin Series
  • Differential equations

    • First Order Differential Equations
  • Functions of several variables

    • Partial derivatives,
    • Total differentials,
    • Minima and maxima of functions of several variables
    • Multiple integrals.
  • Introduction to a simple programming language
  • Mathematical computing packages MATLAB and FREEMAT
  • The concept of iterative methods
  • Calculation of derivatives, integrals, series and differential equations by using iterative methods
  • Programming in MATLAB and FREEMAT to calculate:

    • Data polynomials (algebraic operations, values, roots, powers)
    • Any kind and degree equations,
    • Derivatives,
    • Integration,
    • Series
    • Differential equations
    • Elements of vector calculus and analytic geometry
    • Linear Algebra
